On the website, you will find the option to subscribe (and unsubscribe) to the services, platform, events or any other matter. In this form you must indicate your name, surname and email so that we can contact you with consent.

c) Through our Registration form sent out after sign up

You are asked to complete a Registration form upon sign up to provide an email address, allergies, a leaderboard username (the latter shown publicly) and a Bio URL (a URL where we can follow you eg: social media profile). The latter two, are both optional.

d) Through our Submissions form on the Website

On the website, you will find the option to submit information (guesses for wines, etc) to take part in an event or service or any other matter. In this form you must indicate your email and membership number so the correct data reaches you, as the User.

Our submission process is powered by Google Forms and the submitted data is stored in Google Drive. BLINDFAITH.ONLINE LTD have a corporate Google account with appropriate authentication and access control.

e) Through the Checkout section on the Website

On the website, you will find the option to make purchases which we arrange delivery of. In this section you must indicate your name, surname, email, address, telephone and possibly your Company name.

Data provided to BLINDFAITH.ONLINE LTD indirectly – Some of the data provided by you will be collected on our behalf by established third party service providers who we use for digital services including WordPress and Woocommerce. Also financial services who handle your payments including PayPal and Revolut Merchant.

Members, customers or commercial client’s can engage with us on social media platforms – either comments and public posts or direct messages.

Data provided by a commercial client/partner about an individual will usually pertain to name, address and details of their order strictly for fulfilment and logistical purposes. 

The data received for individuals via a commercial client/partner will not be used for direct marketing purposes. These individuals are not considered customers of BLINDFAITH.ONLINE LTD. No contact will be made with these individuals, unless a direct request is received from the Commercial client/partner, regarding delivery or logistical queries.

Data is held by BLINDFAITH.ONLINE LTD until after the completion of a contractual order and then deleted, unless a request under the policy is made sooner.
